Volume limits are soft caps - we will never silently lock your account the minute you cross a threshold. If you consistently run over the limit we will reach out and help you move to the right plan. Every plan can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the Settings → Billing page.

FAQ

Why do I see prices in PKR but my friend sees USD?

Prices auto-detect based on your IP: Pakistan IPs see PKR, everywhere else defaults to USD. You pick a currency at signup and it locks the first time your payment succeeds. Afterwards your subscription, receipts, and renewals all stay in that same currency.

Does Aegis take a cut of each customer payment?

No. Aegis is non-custodial. Funds settle directly to your own merchant account. You pay the Aegis subscription separately, plus whatever your payment provider charges.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period; no prorated refund. Your organization data stays intact - if you reactivate later, everything is still there.

How do subscription payments work right now?

For this build, Aegis records subscription payments through a manual confirmation flow. A production payment gateway will be connected later.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades bill the prorated difference immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal and are not refunded.

What counts as a seat?

Any human who signs in to Aegis under your organization: Admin, Manager, Team Lead, or User. Your first admin is included. Additional seats are billed per plan. The Aegis team themselves are never billed to you.
